Perfect! Liam arrived on time. Friendly and willing to address any concerns or questions I had. Work was thorough, neat, and fast. Great care was taken in protecting furniture and walls. Finished results were perfect. Not one thing to complain about. Carpets look better than they have in a long time. From the initial contact with Bill, it was a pleasure!
Amazing results and super friendly staff. I actually regret not getting “before” pictures since my 3 year old had literally created a leopard pattern of dark gray and purple dots everywhere from markers, juice and playdoh over the last year. Cleaning the stains by myself was ineffective. Bull Mountain’s service was very professional, affordable, and just a pleasant experience overall. Will definitely call them again!
I had my carpets cleaned the end of October as well as 2 couches and a chair. They all look beautiful! Bill and Liam did a great job! The quality, professionalism, responsiveness, and competitive pricing from Bill and his family are amazing. Bill came to meet us and inspect the carpets at the property. He quickly sent an estimate and Dawn was able to schedule us for the following week. They vacuumed all the carpets and cleaned them in a manor that removed existing set in stains without saturating them and left a pleasant light aroma. Bill also brought in a new product that helps eliminate odor from a unit where someone had been smoking. This professional team took care of us at a VERY reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank you.
