Bill Montross recently came out to diagnose and fix an issue with our outdoor AC condenser fan that had stopped working. He arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem. He walked me through every step of the repair process, which I really appreciated. In addition to fixing the fan issue, he discovered that our AC unit was low on refrigerant and wasn’t blowing cold air.
