Whom every Elijah is in the drive thru this afternoon at 3:40pm ish. Just absolutely horrible service. I went through the drive thru and sat there waiting and nobody talked. And he finally says "what do you want- that's it" In a super rude way. I pull up to the window and he snatches my card out of hand. I can't believe this is how you guys are trained.
One of the many hearts of Helotes! Always a great time and great atmosphere, but the recent decline in customer service has me wondering what’s going on because I’ve been coming here for more then 5 years now and just recently the employees especially at night have been very rude and disrespectful. I really do hope this can get fixed as in the past their customer service has been matched with that of Chick-fil-a
