Not gonna lie I only eat here if I'm in a huge rush or friends want it. I don't care if it's a tx favorite, this is an insult to Tx BBQ.
Orders are ALWAYS wrong! Something is always missing. This location prefers speed over accuracy. Every time we go, the order is wrong. This time, it was worse. We decided to try their new burger meals. Ordered two, one burger was pink in the middle and the other was BLOODY!!!! Totally unacceptable!!! I called the store and they offered credit to get 2 more another time. Went back the next day to get the 2 I was promised and one was fine the other still pink! Bill millers, stick to BBQ.
Agian they are out of product, particularly product they advertise. They definitely live up to thier reputation.
