In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. Not sure how places like this stay in business this long. Food was tasteless and BBQ sauce was watery with no flavor. The best tasting item was their pickles. Staff were friendly and exceptional but the place was run down.
Went in 15 minutes til close, “Leah” was visibly upset and kept chowing out the cashier for ringing me up. Spoke to manager Raul Sosa, didn’t seem to care at all
This place has the best breakfast tacos my favorite egg,bacon,potato. YUMMY
