First time visiting this restaurant! I really liked the cozy, country-style vibe inside — it feels warm and welcoming. We ordered a few breakfast tacos: egg and potato 🥔, bean and cheese, and bean and egg. Personally, I enjoyed the potato and egg taco the most — it was flavorful and satisfying! Usually have a good experience here, but the brisket taco today was the smallest I have ever gotten from any Bill Miller.
If you haven’t tried Bill Miller’s brisket tacos, you’re missing out on pure happiness wrapped in a tortilla. The brisket is juicy, smoky, and so tender it practically melts in your mouth. I gave this place a 2nd chance by ordering something different. There won’t be a 3rd chance. It’s gross. This time I had the chicken bbq sandwich. First off anything barbecue a lot of it is the sauce the sauce doesn’t even taste like a tangy barbecue flavor. Update 8/24/21: Stop mixing chicken into your chopped beef sandwiches... Original post: Food was OK.. I ordered a regular plate and was charged for a Rancher plate which is almost 5 bucks more.. The brisket had a huge chunk of inedible fat and the parts that were even edible were incredibly fatty. We ordered a three piece chicken meal with two breasts and one thigh..
