In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We love brownies and sweet tea. Yummy!
We came in for breakfast on Sunday, ( first time visitor), it was so good we wanted to try lunch, sadly, it was not near as good. Ordered the beef brisket, more fat than meat. I would still recommend for breakfast but I don’t think I’ll be back for other meals.
The food was not good today, nothing was hot and fresh. The hashbrowns were old and didn't taste like potato. The fries were cold and stale. Place was also dirty had to clean my table before sitting.
Being on the road a lot, my husband and I eat at Bill Miller's at least twice a week. We are so happy that Boerne now has a location, closer to home!
