Bill Millers has great food, but I'm somewhat disappointed with the quality of service at this location. I have lunch here or get a to-go orders here pretty often. I would say about 50% of the time, there is something wrong with my order. I'm not given extras that I've ordered or I've been given the wrong order all together. It's kind of annoying and I wish the service would match the taste of the food.
I am a frequent visitor to San Pedro location because it's close to my job. Today, I dined in with a co-worker as well placed a to-go order for another co-worker. I was very disappointed to learn that once again the to-go order was not right. Instead of the Combo Meal #04 that I ordered I received a family order of fries. This is the 5th time that I can recall having to return to this location due to an error.
