TLDR: FOOD POISONING I work around this location, and this is the second time they have had someone that is either incompetent or unable to work the iPad taking orders outside. I very specifically, ask for ONE thing every time I go to BM - (LEAN or EXTRA LEAN brisket. Portion of pickles.)
