The technician didn't know how to resolve our problem unless we knew manufacturer of our shower handle. I contacted another plumber who asked me to send a picture. The other plumber called me and explained what he would have to do and he fixed our shower. The tech from Bill Metzger also wanted to sell us a $2300 device for sediment elimination when we already have a whole house filter. Technician from Bill Metzger also mentioned that he had never changed a valve cartridge in shower before which is basic plumbing knowledge.

Vince was very courteous, patient and very savvy about what work needed to be done. I already had my water heater changed by this company. I would greatly recommend them.
