I listed my properly in 2012.. you never returned calls.. I ended up selling it privately.. and that jerk sold it back to little Mercer for a huge profit... He didn't even put up a for sale sign.. I was in touch with the neighbors below my property... What a disappointment especially in the economically trying times...

I looked at the land associated with the land for sale sign. Afterwards I tried to look up the info for the listing and became very frustrated with the lack of info. Almost like he wanted a person to take the time to call instead of looking through the info on the listing to see if it was something they would be interested in. Pretty easy info to post. How many acres, an overhead pic of the lots, what services available, etc.
