The parking feature on my 51-year-old windshield wiper motor was not working, plus the wires were badly frayed. At first, I was going to use a different windshield wiper restorer, but then saw the horrible reviews for this person. Someone recommended Bill Meerholz, so I looked him up. He is a nice guy and his communications skills are excellent. I sent him my broken motor, and a week later, I received a beautifully restored motor. It is a work of art. I highly recommend Bill Meerholz. He is a true craftsman.
