I called asking for snow removal from my driveway. They said they would come by that evening to do the job but never showed up and never returned my voicemails. I would have completely understood if they told me they were running behind. Just please let me know with a quick call or text. Customers really hate being ghosted by contractors like this.

He came out and looked at the two stumps I needed ground down. His price was very reasonable. He came out two days later and did the work. A really nice guy. Very professional but also friendly and personable. Did an excellent job with no problems. I plan to call him for tree trimming in the Fall.
