Napa Bill McAnally worked on my 2000 Ford Expedition. They were able to find the issue and repair it in one day. It's been over six months now and all is good.
Local shop specializing in auto repair, tune-ups, smog, etc. Bill is a generous sponsor of various local endeavors such as the Woodcreek Football team.
Over priced and the service really wasn't that good, when they looked at my mini van it was like they didn't want to work on it at all, like I was a waste of their time.
The best oil change experience I've ever had. They treated me like I was their best customer ever. Provided coffee/tea, comfortable waiting area w/satelite and internet connection, or a free ride to work and back (they even offered to pick up my vehicle from work for free next time to save me the trip). And when I went to pick up my car there was a little die-cast racing car on my dashboard. No other place could top their service.
