Our truck went to the dealer on the recommendation of our trusted mechanic. he is 'old school' and does great work. he did not have the machine which detects technology problems. The appointment was set for May 6th. We got the truck back on June 16th with a $4000.00 bill for services we did not authorize. Including a part they broke and tried to charge us for. We are in our late 70's. Does this constitute elder abuse and scam? It sure does to me . Look out if you go there for any service!

Always take my car here for tire changes, always good experiences. Bonus, they’re dog friendly! Had to take my boxer pit last minute, and was going to cancel my appointment until they informed me of this. All employees there had their turn asking to pet dozer, all were incredibly kind! Will continue to give them my business simply because of this😁
