Ethan the tech was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, gave us options so we felt we could decide what was best for us, helped us understand our heat pump system much better and how to optimize it, and was super nice to our dog. Bill Mair Heating and Air are now our go to’s for HVAC.
My 20 year old system quit a month ago and needed to be replaced. Bill came out and took the time to figure out what system best fit my needs. His team provided a prompt estimate and were able to quickly get me on their schedule. Ethan and Ethan came by for install and were knowledgeable and respectful. Bill and his team made the whole process easy and prioritized quality and customer service the entire time. Highly recommend.

I am so grateful for all the folks at Bill and Anna Mair Heating. Having been dealing with a bit of medical issues, and pain that goes with it, I really appreciate the extra effort all the people put forth that interacted with me.
