Had 60,000 mile service performed. Jose S is our service consultant and he checked me in, explained what the service consisted of, determined that one of the tasks had been completed at the last service appointment and would not need to be repeated. Nick and Rico noted that there was a chip in the windshield and followed up with our insurance company to get a replacement scheduled for the following day. Cost was covered by insurance. The vehicle currently has approximately 60,000 miles, but issues began within the first year at approximately 3,523 miles. Between 2019 and 2025, our Jeep was brought to the service department more than 19 times for recurring concerns.
