Worst place for doing business! I walked out in the parking lot looking to purchase a truck and no one even asked if I was doing ok or if I had any questions. I walked out of there and went to courtesy chevrolet and purchased a brand new 2500 HD Diesel. Dont let the construction clothes fool you sales people. Someone like me might be ready to purchase a new vehicle.
When I took my half-ton truck in there for them to work on. They told me 2 days when I made the appointment. When I took the car truck in they told me 5 days. I'm starting my third week with my rental car while they try to fix my truck so I'm not very pleased with them at all. I don't know if they don't have good help or if they overbook or both.
“I had a terrible experience when taking my car in for service. They tried to replace parts claiming they were not working and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount. All they kept saying was that the previous dealer had damaged my vehicle, instead of providing clear diagnostics or solutions. They even threatened to bring in the manager, as if I were on trial.
