I called his team 3 times and our gas furance still had issues. The same part failed twice. His techinicans lack knowledge and did not try to warranty the failed part that only lasted 6 weeks. The owner told me "shit happens". Today I have a issue Again! This will be the 4th time in the last 3 months. I will not be giving him a call. Highly not recommended! Waste of money and time!
For a scheduled maintenance call, booked out a while. For a critical no heat call had someone out within hours and fixed within the hour. I found them to responsive and professional for my needs.
If i could zero star this rating i would a million times over... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH GAS RELATED ISSUES!!!!! 3 technicians came about a potential gas leak coming from the pilot light assembly on our hot water tank and each technician told me it was fine and normal!! A gas company came out and instantly shut the gas off and needs to replace the gas valve and tank because they found a leak!!! I have a newborn child in my home and we are expected to trust a company that very very clearly lacks training in their feild... read more
