Me and my partner had a terrible experience with them, they tried to charge us for an estimate on replacing our old equipment!
We used these folks a couple times in the past without flaw. Because of this I wanted to use them again so I called and asked for a quote on a new water pump and heater, they said no problem and came out a few days later to give me an estimate. Weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying I owe them over 150$ for giving me a quote on a potential product and gave me the estimate. I called his team 3 times and our gas furance still had issues. The same part failed twice. His techinicans lack knowledge and did not try to warranty the failed part that only lasted 6 weeks. The owner told me "shit happens". Today I have a issue Again! This will be the 4th time in the last 3 months. I will not be giving him a call. Highly not recommended! Waste of money and time!
For a scheduled maintenance call, booked out a while. For a critical no heat call had someone out within hours and fixed within the hour. I found them to responsive and professional for my needs.
