We have used Bill Leech Repair Service over the years and have always had excellent service. They show up when they say they are going to, are very knowledgeable and do great service. We have always been completely satisfied with the work. We will always call them when needed and know we will be treated well and our issues will be resolved timely and within a very reasonable price.
Alot of nonsense to deal with for a repair guy.
The owner told us they wouldn't come out because we gave them a bad review online
Terrible customer service... Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday Sept. 19th. (over a week from when I called with my issue) No one shows up, I call in and they tell me they cant come out til next Tuesday now. No thanks. Went elsewhere. Spoke to bill the first time, Very nice guy... But who ever runs the front desk shouldn't raise their voice at the customers and be extremely rude. Never will I use them or will I ever... ever recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in this experience.
Scheduled a time well in advance, gave all the information on the appliance (built-in oven, heavy), even brand, model, etc. Took time off work. One person came and was unable to do anything because he needed help. Called owner and he was rude and had no concerns about telling me they would have to come back and I would have to take additional time off. Very unprofessional, rude, and aggressive on the phone. I will not recommend to anyone.
