Unpermitted work, substandard workmanship, failed renovation project, unprofessional conduct. We would leave zero stars if that were an option. At the end of the day, all of the insults and bravado in the world won't help you if you can't be bothered to understand concepts like the permit process and why it's important.

We had an extensive remodel done which needed architect, detailed plans, permits etc. Bill's team were on the ball the entire journey. They are professional, efficient, meticulous and entirely trustworthy. We will always call them first in the future. At first, I was shocked when they completely cleaned up the worksite, inside and out, at the end of the first day. Then they did it every day. What a joy to have these guys around.
