I would highly recommend Bill Larson if you need a good loan(s) at a decent rate and terms. In 2017 and 2018, Bill obtained loans for me on rental properties in both Sonoma and Mendocino Counties here in Northern Calif. He was efficient, knowledgeable , friendly, and really cared that I got the loans in a timely manner. Again, I cannot praise Bill enough for his efforts in helping me with some difficult loans that were difficult to obtain through other lenders.
