I have been coming to Bill Kolb for 10 years and service has always been great. Sure it is expensive but they do the repairs right. You pay what you get for. One particular customer service rep I'd like to shout out is Al Cisneros. He is always courteous and welcoming. Both times he has taken the time to talk to me and ensure my car is all good. Al is what all customer service reps should be. I can tell how much he wants customers to have the best service and care.
