My family has owned countless Subaru's over the years from Bill Kolb. The service has always been very friendly and personable. The staff that they have are amazing and very understanding. I had a problem with my WRX and Kenneth was incredible with his serve making sure that my warranty covered the repair. When I got the car back he made sure it was detailed and in tip top shape, and ready to go back on the road as a dependable daily driver. Truly great service and I always come to them for anything I need on my cars.
The service department was efficient and courteous. Gabi was wonderful. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I’ve never had to wait too long for my service and they are always accommodating when I need to schedule appointments. Excellent service overall.
