Alan Bass is a blessing. He helped me out big time. I told my sister a about him and she basically told me that's who she go to for a everything. Very pleasant environment with Zero pressure. Will be getting my Wife a Subaru from also!
I feel robbed, rapid and assaulted. 5 times for the same one issue and spent over 3000 dollars not including tolls and gas to fix the issue. And, no accomadations can smooth the direct disrespect I suffered at the hand of their employee. Devastated is an understatement.

I have 3 Subarus and would only take them to Bill Kolb Jr for service. Brought my 2013 Outback in for a oil change, tire rotation and NYS Inspection on 4/11/26. On the drive over I noticed the shudder when turning, pulling right. As per normal Danielle Aceto was kind, polite and gave me reassurance that they would take care of the job, and not to worry.
