Early December, we had the 2 year service on our Toyota Corolla: 1)We found the washer fluid was left empty. 2) Odometer screen left on weird information display. We cannot change it. Very disappointed with service. M. Wise
Still trying to figure out why an oil change and tire rotation cost 199.00 . I wish I would have just left.
Another utterly awful experience here. Paid $1400 to have a car stereo problem investigated and repaired/replaced and nothing has been fixed. Wasted at least 4.5 hours of my time sitting at the dealership in addition to lost time at work only for them to not fix the issue. They went so far as to tell me i have to pay another $160 plus tax to diagnose an additional issue that they couldn't diagnose the first time. Why pay these jokers any more money?? Clearly incompetent and not worth wasting your money.
Just bought a 2025 Camry. Sara was a great salesperson and Donna got us through. The car we wanted was there and ready for pick up. We got a fair price. Thanks Sara.
Bill Kidd Toyota is very nice in terms of interaction and experienced technicians also the manager is great
