The BKool Air team arrived on time, started the process without delay and were courteous, efficient and worked all day to ensure we had a warm house by 5 in the afternoon. BKool is Totally Cool. I live 1000kms away from our investment property in Wentworth Falls. The 15year old underfloor heater blows up in the middle of a cold snap, dead of winter.
