I Hate when car dealers think woman are stupid. My car I bought from another dealer was new the total car was original . I took my car for a recall to bill kay and they switch some parts off four of my doors thinking I wasn't going to notice I called them to let them know they kept hanging up on me. I went back to them they made me wait so long I was almost late for my other job. We went in for help on buying a luxury SUV and this was our 3rd Buick dealership. The first 2 had cars we liked but they sold by the time we went to purchase. Our salesman at Bill Kay was very nice and was so determined to get us in the brand new car the night of. We wanted to sleep on it but he was gonna lower the price to get it gone tonight. The finance team was not good. They dont follow their advertising online. If u have any problems with credit, down payment, they dont follow what they say they will do. FALSE ADVERTIS... read more
