The service department was great. I was advised on the repairs needed for my car and they completed what I approved and didn’t have to wait too long. I would have given the dealership 5 stars but they lacked on the waiting area; no water and no coffee creamer. Also, didn’t like the 3% credit card service charge.
Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing from beginning to end. I made my appointment online and received an email confirming it. The next day, however, I received a very quiet, almost whispering voicemail saying I needed to call back to confirm my already-confirmed appointment or it would be canceled. To all Nissan owners: I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. In my personal experience, their pricing and customer service have been extremely disappointing. The first time, my Nissan’s distance sensor stopped working. They told me the diagnostic fee would be over $200, and the repair would cost more than $2,000.
