Great customer service every time, Frank and Rick take great care of me every time.
This was the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership which is incredible considering how poor my experiences have been here whether from service or sales. I booked an appointment for 8am. When I got there the woman working behind the desk said the overestimated time for my service to be completed was 10:30, but that it would probably be done well before that. I have been serving my Nissan vehicle at Bill Kay for years now and am very satisfied with their service. Good job guys!
Do not take your car here! these guys charge an arm and a leg for every little thing! They charge me $230 for diagnostic on top of my regular maintenance just to tell me that I need coolant flush. I ended up paying over $500 for a final bill, what a money hungry scam!
