Dr. Chang was not only my husband’s favorite doctor, but also his tireless champion. Dr.Chang went above and beyond to partner with my husband to have his much needed treatment and diagnostics approved by a reluctant insurance company. If you’re looking for an incredibly intelligent, kind and compassionate advocate, you will not do better than Dr. Chang.
I had been fighting for months with my insurance and visiting several other doctors until I found Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang was a fighter in my corner and made sure I got the treatment and diagnostics I needed. He was kind and listened to my symptoms to help identify the issue. Hands down one of the best doctors and medical experiences I’ve had.
Dr. Chang has continued to be a part of my families healthcare for greater than 10 years. From vein ablation, femoral bypass, peripheral balloon and stenting and management of inferior vena cava clot in a variety of ages of men and women, he has taken great care of us. I highly appreciate and respect him for the compassionate care provided to my mother as she battled pancreatic cancer for near 2 years. Dr Chang and his staff are such a blessing. They take great pride in the treatment of the patient. My sclerotherapy treatments have been absolutely flawless and I recommend Dr Chang for any vascular procedures.
He is the BEST Vascular Surgeon in the area. The office staff is amazing and goes above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Chang really cares about his patient well being.
He is the BEST DOCTOR ever! I unfortunately required stents in my groin area due to lack of blood flow to my legs. Had a couple of surgeries & although painful (which any surgery is), he was compassionate, concerned, spent time with me and my husband etc. I am a "bleeder". With that said, when getting small stents, they are unable to use stitches. Most people get to go home the same day but because of his concern, I was able to stay overnite in hospital and be comfortable. I would recommend!
I had the WORST experiences at this office. I made my appointments well in advance, arrived early, only to wait 1.25 to 1.75 hours to see the doctor. The front desk staff are terribly inefficient and do not follow up or return calls. I had to keep calling to get results. Surgery was recommended in Oct. 11/I never heard back from them. I called on 12/8 and this still was not set up. They blamed it on the insurance carrier. I called my insurance company and they said the dr. office had not
