Don’t use this company, they came out to my house to pump my tank, technician told me his truck was full and my tank needed more water in it so he had to come back. Comes back and then charges me a second time to do remainder of the pumping. Owner Bill incredibly rude over the phone for no reason. Be warned and look at other reviews more I wish I would have done so better prior.

No question about it: 5 stars. My septic system started backing up occasionally over the last few months. When it did, a large amount of water overflowed the toilet in the lower level of the house, resulting in the flooding of 3 rooms. It happened whenever we ran large amounts of water into the system in a short period of time (a long shower for instance). We have been doing business with this family for 20 years and have had great service. In the fall of 2023, I lost a family heirloom 14K gold earring down the toilet while cleaning. In late April of this year, based on helpful discussions with Bill, he came out and pumped the tank and took the time to carefully look for the earring.
