Sellers beware! This company inspected my home for sale on behalf of the buyer and came back with an erroneous report that my septic tank needed to replaced. Not one but 5 different septic experts told me that there was nothing wrong with the tank and that the cover crack was superficial. Scared the buyer into demanding that the tank be replaced and we did not want to risk losing the sale.
