5 stars. So pleased to have found him and pleased to be able to try and help him (although I think he does fine by word of mouth). He removed and installed a new garbage disposal, and another visit replaced the hardware/faucet/showerhead in bathtub/shower. He communicates well, seems extremely competent (been a plumber over 40 years), and friendly. When he came to my home, he knew the names of my neighbors (and he doesn't live in my neighborhood. Very personable, competent and fair. Look forward to hiring him again

I've used Bill Jackson Plumbing twice now, and both experiences have been smooth. Very honest and reliable company, which is often tough to find. Bill charges a very fair price, and doesn't b.s. or try to upsell. He's up front about the work that is being done, and explained what he was doing while he was busy working on the project. He's a hard working owner of a small business, which I'm happy to support. You just don't get the same kind of service with the bigger companies.
