Im giving 3 stars because the boys are good natured and the Burson bought ignition switch hasnt failed car and the new owner took me in next morning . These guys have become my go-to for any mechanical worked needed. I live in Byron Bay but will travel to Ballina because they’re honest, upfront and well priced… Highly recommend!!
Lucas's was very helpful when we had an issue with our Sprinter. He squeezed us in and got us back on the road. So grateful.
Great service, efficient, very thorough and very competitive pricing. Thank you. Recently had a service, diagnosis and repairs completed on our vehicle and could not be happier. The work was completed 100% as they said it would be, when it would be. Really cannot praise them enough for making the entire experience so easy.
In a world of non transparency at times with female customers I found somewhere where attention explanation and problem solving and Prompt attention and not being ripped off a welcome relief Thank You Lucas this experience unforgettable Genuine Supportive Non dismissive attention recommended and did not disappoint will never forget!!
