I had a very good experience dealing with Shy at Campbell River RV & Marine. She was very helpful and cared about my needs. I would definately and will liklely buy from her again. Possibly the fishing boat she has on the lot. ha ha. Anyway, I highly recommend Shy for any needs you may have. Thanks again for all the help Shyanne. :)
Don't call back about icbc claims.Should not be icbc accredited and are bottom feeders Disgusting auto,rv,and marine sales.Would never recommend them to my worst enemy
I’ve been sending emails requesting an update on a part for my RV, I’ve been pleading with Bill Howich RV Service Dept., to order for about 6 months. The service department stopped communicating with me with regards to this issue , last spring. It is now Sept 2025. I have continued sending emails requesting an update, since that time. My emails do not receive any response. What’s up? Did the service department close down? Any response is appreciated. I am absolutely baffled by this place I have had great service and now they have my insurance claim for over a year and don't return my phone calls
The staff is nice, but forgot to mention they charge 169$/hour. They spend some time looking at the issue on the engine I brought, couldn’t order the part, got out of there with a salty bill and no fixing.
