This is a real customer oriented workshop. We are on Holiday with a rented camper. Our awing broke down and we drove to this workshop. Short look, Ladder in position, cordless screwdriver on hand and problem solved. Super fast and free of charge. Unbelievable. Fantastic. This workshop is highly recommended.
After running into months of delays with our selling dealer, we approached Matt at Campbell River RV for help right before a planned trip. He managed to source the necessary parts in just a couple of days and fit us into their busy schedule. Shawn completed the repairs quickly, getting us back on the road right on time. This is just the most recent example of the courteous, professional, and reasonably priced service we consistently receive from this local business. We highly recommend them!
Not great, didn’t resolve the issue with my Outboard 2 stroke 90hp, mechanic had an attitude aswell. Not polite. Spent over $2000 for them not to resolve the issue of my outboard. They don’t have a submersion tank to “sea trial” your motor.
