The staff is nice, but forgot to mention they charge 169$/hour. They spend some time looking at the issue on the engine I brought, couldn’t order the part, got out of there with a salty bill and no fixing.
I'm writing this after making my fifth (5) phone call to ask for help getting a new door on my trailer. The parts guy obviously can't be bothered to call me back after asking for help 4 times, and the manager promised to call me by the end of the day at the latest (his words) 2 days ago on Monday. He was extremely sorry apparently. I'm not sure what i could possibly have done to be treated in such a way. It's a shame this is the only rv dealer in town I'll have to go to courtney now. Campbell River Rv is amazing. We arrived at a Quadra Island campground on the ferry, only to find our water heater plug was cracked and leaking. Could not use water at all. Called Campbell River RV. They had the part but as it was close to closing time, we couldn't get there in time over the Ferry. They agreed to deliver the part to the ferry terminal so we could pick up at our convenience. Fantastic place. I went in with zero hopes of finding what I needed for a 30 year old truck camper. Not only did they have what I needed on the shelf, the price was extremely fair. I checked some of their other offerings like 2200 watt generator/ inverters and their prices are a little less than the ones in the big box stores for comparable quality.
