Havent had a response directly and the reviews section seems to get noticed so trying here. I had a highliner boat trailer repaired at Campbell River RV and Marine. I told them the supplier for the trailer manufacturer, but they said they have a supplier they use. They installed a round axle in place of a square tube axle, height was 2" off and my boat would not fit on the trailer. this was roughly a $4200 repair. I took it to Courtney Spring and Welding, who repaired it with the correct axle, about $1650 all in. CRRM refund... read more
Been meaning to write this review for awhile. Brought my fifth wheel in for repair here. I was traveling to Reno Nevada for work and wanted a ton of stuff looked at before the long trip. Asked for a few things, landing gear to be repaired, wheel bearings greased, king pin to be adjusted for my truck height, awning replaced, tires replaced, and RV detailed. They fixed the landing gear or so I thought. I traveled to Reno nevada and went to set up and they didnt align the legs, so the trailer was uneven. They didnt adjust the k... read more

Over the past 7 years , personally, the service here has proven to be excellent. I own a 1996 Nomad T.T. Their shop rates are always less than expected, and the quality & wait time are as good as should be expected. As for parts , they always have , or have quick access to everything I’ve needed . in several cases , their parts pricing is lower than Amazon. Great community service here , for North Vancouver islanders
