In 2016 we customized and order a 2017 Chrysler pacifica hybrid. Since then, so many problems with it. What's disappointing is that while under warranty, this dealership was nice, go above and beyond, they even tell you "not to worry, they will fix your vehicle, its all been documented", meaning if they don't fix the problem that you went in to get fix, they will try again and if your warranty runs out and it's the same issue, they will still help you at no cost.
