Talk about bottom of the bunch. Bill Hooper Sux. If you can rent off someone else do it. If you can list with someone else do it. Caveat Emptor. Just read the reviews. If only U could see the ones they had deleted.
First post (as of 15/10/2024): Very unprofessional agency! I hope I don't get to deal with a person like Louise ever again!! Update (as of 01/12/2024) after the owner's reponse to my review: My review reflects my honest experience with your agency. Calling it defamatory is simply an attempt to silence honest criticism. I rented a property for a year and Bill Hooper were great throughout the entire process. Moving in was straight forward, they gave plenty of notice for inspections and they were very flexible with my moving out arrangements when my tenancy was finished. Would be happy to use them again should I move back to the area!
I rented through Bill Hooper for a year and a half and only had positive experiences with them!
