Always a great experience. I've been using Bill's shop for around 10 years
I went by and got an estimate on fixing my car. I was given a 300.00 dollars cost then it went to 1,600 I told Bill Jr. no it was too much and not to fix it . He put on some parts that I was not notified about. He said that he called me the evening before which he did call at 4:40 I was at work,I called him back at 4:58 and at 5pm. It was no answer so he put those parts without my promission and changed me 711.00 dollars before I could not move my car from his premises and my was not fixed. I'm a 67 year old woman.
