Called over a month ago to get auto & home Insurance. The associate over phone quoted me auto but told me Skip wasn't in office and would call me the next day to quote me home Insurance . He never called back. I called again this Thursday (a month later) and Skip said he couldn't talk long because he was going on vacation and wouldn't be back until Monday (4 days later).
