Wanted to order a couple of things online and whilst they showed as in stock, I was informed they weren’t. Two of the occasions this was in advance because I’d phoned up. But the other one I placed an order online that showed available and then got a phone call the following day to say they don’t have any stock and they offered an alternative. Purchased a Parsun 40HP efi from Highams had recent issue, this was dealt with quickly and parts replaced under warranty. I have a Parsun auxilliary with the main engine both supplied by Highams. I am happy with both engines and have nothing but praise for the help and support from all the staff I have dealt with regarding the products and their use.
