After receiving a verbal quote from the owner for the labor, the amount "increased" an additional $200 within three days. We verbally agreed with the owner to change out a heater core that was bad while they had the motor out. The owner verbally told us "if there is anything else you need done while the motor is out - we'll take care of it, just bring the part(s)".
