What a nice guy. He was busy and not able to get to me the day I called but based on my description of the issue he had a pretty good idea of what was wrong. He then told me what to do to trouble shoot my electrical issue and how to fix it over the phone. He said he could come by the next day if I still needed him to and to just call him back after I attempted the fix on my own. Bill came on a Sunday morning prepared with a game plan to tackle my thermostat issue. Fixed in 20 min. Great guy and got it fixed!
Called Bill told him our problem with our RV water heater. We were camped out at thousand trails sunriver Said he was on his way.showed up in 15 minutes. An had our problem fixed in 10 minutes. He was professional an very polite and knowledgeable! Highly recommend for your RV problems.
I noticed that the refrigerator was not working in my Airstream, so I called Bill and by the next day it was repaired. Thanks Bill
I called for some help and he responded within minutes, explained how far away he was and rather than end it there he proceeded to talk me through the issue and solved it.
