I was on a camping trip, had a problem I couldn't figure out, called and Bill walked me through it in just a few minutes. Saved a trip. He was certainly knowledgeable about my RV. Highly recommend him for RV service.
Bill talked my problem out and realized a better person for the job rather than waste my time and money. Seems like a very trustable and knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend giving him a call first.
We were having a some electrical issues with our travel trailer when I called Bill for service. He was out the next morning and spent 45 minutes testing the entire electrical system. He discovered a couple issues and those were quickly corrected. After he left, he continued to research the issue with our solar charge controller and even called the company and spoke to a technician. He forwarded me this info and I was able to reset the panel.
