We were having a some electrical issues with our travel trailer when I called Bill for service. He was out the next morning and spent 45 minutes testing the entire electrical system. He discovered a couple issues and those were quickly corrected. After he left, he continued to research the issue with our solar charge controller and even called the company and spoke to a technician. He forwarded me this info and I was able to reset the panel. Bill has been out to the ranch where my fifth wheel is parked several times now for multiple issues. He is always on time; professional and explains everything thoroughly before we proceed with the best course of action. His honesty and recommendations have saved me hundreds of dollars already and is much appreciated. Highly recommend!
What a nice guy. He was busy and not able to get to me the day I called but based on my description of the issue he had a pretty good idea of what was wrong. He then told me what to do to trouble shoot my electrical issue and how to fix it over the phone. He said he could come by the next day if I still needed him to and to just call him back after I attempted the fix on my own.
