While vacationing in Bend, our heater went out at 28 degrees 🥶. He called us back promptly, had time that day to fix. Because he was ahead of schedule he also fixed a leaky toilet valve. All done within an hour. Very professional (put a towel on floor to protect flooring which I appreciated. Explained to my husband potential fixes for future. Very reasonably priced.
Bill was able to open my door and let me out of my RV when my door mechanism failed and I was suck about 48 hours inside while 4 other guys tried and failed to get the door open. I will be forever grateful and call him for all my emergency needs.
I called bill in a panic and he scheduled me very quickly, I ended up fixing the problem myself and had to call it off the morning of the appointment. I felt horrible and offered to pay him for his time but instead he gave more advice and told me not to worry about it. I will definitely be using him in the future
I was on a camping trip, had a problem I couldn't figure out, called and Bill walked me through it in just a few minutes. Saved a trip. He was certainly knowledgeable about my RV. Highly recommend him for RV service.
