I've been in touch with 7 or 8 agents, and Bill and his son Billy are truly a gem, by far the best I have met. Let me say why: Pros: 1.After explaining what I was looking for (location, size, bedrooms etc) too many agents were just bombarding me with automatic emails and newsletters. Bill and Billy are the best real estate agents ever! They helped my wife and I find a home in San Diego in one of the toughest markets. Every piece of advice they gave was spot on and when negotiating price, they would help us by giving different ideas to make us stand out as buyers. Even after closing, they still give us advice anytime we ask and we still find an occasional, random gift from them at our door. They are both genuine, good, honest people, I can’t recommend them enough!
When we bought our home, Bill was both our real estate agent and mortgage broker. He was able to get us a great deal and asked banks for several allowances which they agreed to. Home buying is extremely stressful but Bill made the entire process painless. I will definitely do business with him again and I highly recommend him.
