Bill always calls back when I leave a message. He is agreeable to work around my time. He comes in and does what he needs to do. I was working from home, and he just did what he does best and left. Always pleasant, always happy to give you a great service. I have used him in the past, and now will ask he do my sofas not just carpets. I can't imagine calling anyone else!
