One person working who in defense seemed new . 25 minutes after ordering a Sunday as the poor kid struggled to make milk shakes that were after I ordered. Had I not paid I would have walked out like several others did

IT WAS MY SON’S FIRST TIME VISITING ROCHESTER. I WANTED HIM TO TASTE ON OF MY FAVORITE CHILDHOOD RESTAURANTS. UNFORTUNATELY A RUDE OLD LADY SCREAMED AT MY CHILD FOR BRINGING HIS TRAY BACK TO THE FRONT!! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BILL GRAY’S AGAIN!!
They did a great job off accommodating 30 women for our book club. Thank you! We hope to be back next month.
