Took truck to Gallagher because it i was getting a check engine light. It took them a week to even look at it, but nonetheless they called and said they were going to replace my spark plugs and coils and it would be done in about a week. That week went by with no call. So I started calling, but only getting voicemail. Nobody would even return my call after several voicemails. Returned my car to in worse conditions, charged me $300 for a part that should have been covered under recall, then tried to charge me for them to run a diagnostic test after lying about it the week before. My car is still not running.

Best Ford certainly lived up to their name. After months of trying to find the exact truck I wanted at a local dealership, I was told to do a specific search on the **** website looking for the exact options I wanted, and I found the truck at Best Ford, so I immediately got in touch. MJ in finance and ***** in sales were absolutely phenomenal on the phone and in person and could not have made this any smoother. Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from my home in *******. The most definitely do it BEST!!!!!

I bought a 2023 F-150 three weeks ago. It was sold to me as a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) vehicle the ****** confirms it but the dealer never activated the warranty or gave me any contract. Now theyre telling me I dont have coverage because I didnt pay for it, even though I never signed anything additional.The daytime running light was broken from the beginning, and they refuse to fix it. Worst experience ever , they sold me a lemon . The truck literally left me stranded after a week of ownership, which is totally unacceptable considering that they charged me fees that are supposedly to cover the inspection and repairs maintenance that the truck needed in order to comply with their standards, plus they didnt wanted to pay me for the tow truck because the invoice wasnt showing the vin number , the car gave me a lot of issues in only three weeks of ownership and when they bought it back they gave 3100 dollars l... read more

I’m a 73 years old female with health issues, and this dealership has had my car which is under a Warranty Recall, and the dealer is not doing anything to fix my problem, I’ve called him, with no satisfaction, he doesn’t call me with a update, his attitude is very raw, and I don’t know what else to do, so I’m reaching out to y’all for help
