They were very unprofessionaI. I was assigned a case manager in D.C instead of someone in Arizona, where I live. They had my medical and mental health records for 2 years. 1 month before my court hearing I got a call from someone who wasn't my case manager informing me they'd dropped my case because they weren't sure they could win my case and were worried they wouldn't get paid. I would give zero stars if that was available. After 3 years with this firm, my claim was denied and they refused to go any further. I’m a veteran who’s back was broken 30 years ago and at 45 years old, my bone density is that of that of a 100+ y/o woman due to a complete hysterectomy at 21. I was hung up on multiple times because the woman on the line could not understand what I was asking and when I called the direct line they put me on hold for..... Well I hung up after 11 minutes. All I had was a question. I can see why they have a 1.5 rating. They should have a zero rating.
