I took my father to see Dr. Schmidt. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. He was very personable and made my father feel very comfortable. If we're needed to see an oncologist again, we would definitely go to him again.
I went to Dr. Schmidt with a long list of questions that my PCP and Google weren't able to answer to my satisfaction. He answered every one and I had an extremely positive experience. I was a patient of Dr Schmidt for three years. I have a rare cancer called Gist. I'm not sure why I was referred to this Dr but he didn't really know much at all about my cancer except what we read on the computer. I had either my family or a friend go to my appointments with me and of all the questions that we all ask there was never and answer that we felt he could answer.
