Bill and his staff are truly fantastic! I was in desperate need to get a wedding ring for my wife. The wedding was only a week away and I looked everywhere from the Killeen mall, Austin, San Antonio. Bill and his staff are trustworthy, courteous and friendly. The turn around is quick and he has layaway and military discount. Even cleans my my wedding rings while i wait or browse. I started taking my jewelry repairs into his shop he once had in the Fort Hood PX, now i go to his main store in Copperas Cove and have been for the past 2 years. I'm very pleased and won't go anywhere else for my jewelry repairs.
