He is a wonderful man with a very big heart, he showed me how to repair my own bikes so one day in the future I will fix my children's bikes at no cost. I love you, Bill.

I really wanted to give Bill a 5 star review because at first, he had great customer service and was very professional. All that changed when payment was exchanged. He took longer to respond and eventually stopped responding altogether. Let me explain from the start. I reached out to Bill to see if he can fix brakes on my new bike that I won from an auction. It was a great pleasure working with Bill! He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job fixing my Gary Fisher mountain bike! Had to have a lot of work done: replace 2 brake and 2 gear cables, 4 brake pads, trued both rims and patched a slow leak in my rear tire! What would normally take a bike shop a day to do, Bill completed the work in a few hours! Just found my new bike mechanic! I would highly recommend Bill Fixes Bikes, for all your bike needs!!!

Bill is awesome! He fixed my bike’s flat tires. He is honest with his work and very reasonable with his prices. I was very happy he came to our home to fix the bike. Couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend him.
