HELP HELP HELP. Hopefully your interaction with Eisenhower funeral home is better than mine. In 1971 my great grandfather passed away his youngest son who had served as a sergeant in the army and lived in California returned for the funeral. My uncle purchased a burial plot for himself at that time so he could be near his parents . In 2017 my uncle passed away and decided he would rather be buried in Dallas at the veterans cemetery. I am beyond livid! They mow at this cemetery but they don’t give two craps about the expensive headstones/ markers/ vases! They have weedeated so hard against my mother’s gold vase it has marked it up. I spent $4000 for that headstone and case and they are damaging it. I’m taking pics and you can clearly see the marks. Additionally, they aren’t watering grass and faucets around the graves don’t work for family to water the grass. Brandon was a fantastic employee who helped with my father in laws interment. He handled everything and also worked with the funeral home details as well. He called and text me with all the information. I would highly recommend him for all your loved ones arrangements!
