I’ve had three car wrecks in the last two years. None of them was my fault. I used someone else on the first one and then was told about Bill so I used him for the next two. God forbid I need a lawyer again in the future, but if I do, there is no one else that I will call.

Bill always tells everyone watching his TV show, LawCall, on Sunday nights to call him on his personal cell phone. I honestly thought that was probably just something he said, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out it wasn’t. He truly made himself available and called me back every time. When he wasn’t able to talk, he would even take the time to text me. I really appreciate how responsive and genuine he was throughout the process.

What I liked about Bill was that he was honest with us from the beginning. He told me what he thought my case was worth, and he showed me a bunch of legal stuff to back him up. He said he thought I was wanting too much for my particular injury. He gave me an example after example as to why. I went with him, even though he was not telling me all the junk that other firms did he did not make any promises that he did not keep. In fact, when it was over, he got me almost exactly what I told him that I wanted.

Bill is down to earth and sincerely cares about people. My case was important to me but I knew that wasn’t worth very much. Two law firms that are very well-known in this area turn me down actually, one turned me down and the other never bothered calling me back. Bill took my case because he wanted to help me, even though his attorneys fee was not much at all. Because of that, I have sent four or five people his way.

Bill is an extremely nice and approachable person. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call, no matter what time of day it was, and he would respond to me promptly, no matter what my question was. He said that if he did not answer when I called, please send him a text. I must’ve texted him over 100 times during the course of my case and, believe it or not, he called or texted me back every time. my family loves his firm.
