Please do not support this establishment. My experience with Bill Eads over the last year has been absolutely frustrating and a real nightmare. I have been dealing with a warranty claim for our new Arctic Wolf. I started the process in October 2022. January 2023 finally had the claim submitted after months of calling. It’s hard to believe this was a legitimate service center and not an out and out con. We bought our trailer from Bill Eads sales. We were nervous about dropping $65k+ in cash on a trailer that only had a 12 month warranty, but were sold thanks to an extended warranty and the promise that their self-owned service center would take care of repairs. Just called to check on the status of my trailer after several ignored phone calls and months in the service department to find out it’s been shut down. Never deal with this place. Never purchase a trailer from them. They have been stringing me along since 2020, failing to repair parts under warranty, now my warranty is void. This is an insane business model. The sales dept needs to be shut down too.
Service department is probably the worst that I have ever dealt with. Omar continually lies or ignores your phone calls, forgets to order parts lies to your face about warranty items that were fixed but weren’t. And you call him out on it and he disappears and lets his poor staff deal with it. You can tell his own staff is tired of making up excuses for him. This is just a terribly run business.
