Please do not support this establishment. My experience with Bill Eads over the last year has been absolutely frustrating and a real nightmare. I have been dealing with a warranty claim for our new Arctic Wolf. I started the process in October 2022. January 2023 finally had the claim submitted after months of calling. I have been calling monthly since and was told waiting on parts. Great communication with everyone on the staff! Very easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. We loved working with a smaller dealer who made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Great family owned RV dealer with that mom and pop feel to it, didn't have the high pressure vibe of the other dealers we visited.

If I could give this place -2 stars I would. I bought a used rv from the Davis location that had leaks in the seals in the underbelly I had no idea about dripping sewer water into the pan. They covered up water damage along the floorboard with wood taping. The awning motor went out immediately after purchased when I bought it Amanda showed us the awning and said they just roll back up slow.
