CHEESY SALES TACTICS ABOUND! When they agree on a price - tell them this is an "off the lot" price - meaning they may NOT add fees, charges, etc to the agreed on price. They use the "multiple layer" approach to abusive sales tactics - meaning they have guys who step in for the hard sell and negotiations but then leave you with an affable young salesperson with little or no experience - and no authority to negotiate.
